Elicia is deeply passionate about empathy and compassion, driven by a genuine desire to help others. From an early age, she has been highly attuned to the emotions of those around her and curious about understanding people's experiences. With over six years of international Human Resources experience and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and behaviors, Elicia brings a unique perspective to her counselling practice, allowing her to connect with clients on a meaningful level.

Recognizing that life often presents unexpected challenges, Elicia offers a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, valued, and accepted. She meets clients where they are, understanding that every individual's journey is personal and unique. While she may not know your exact experiences, Elicia is committed to listening with care and an open heart, supporting you in gaining clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself. Her goal is to empower you to manage difficult emotions and move closer to the life you aspire to live.

Elicia is passionate about mental health and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care, adhering to the Code of Ethics set by the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and engaging in regular supervision. She is particularly interested in mindfulness-based approaches and is currently advancing her training in this area.

Outside of her professional role, Elicia enjoys coffee, reading, creating art, and practicing yoga. These interests add a creative and reflective dimension to her counseling practice, helping her relate to clients on a deeper level. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with a good understanding of Malay, Elicia is ready to support you as you navigate life’s challenges at your own pace.
