Sean, is a trained nurse and counsellor who believes that each individual has the potential to achieve greater heights in life regardless of circumstances. He is a strong believer of integrative therapeutic approaches. Sean’s applied modality ranges from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Behavior Therapy depending on his client’s needs.
Prior to joining Holistic Psychotherapy Centre, Sean has worked as a nurse in both private and government hospitals and has worked with a wide variety of patients and families honing his skills in relating with clients.
He was also appointed as a Case Manager in a private mental health clinic where he worked with psychologically distress patients. As part of his role, Sean also liaised with hospitals for urgent psychiatric admission and closely followed-up with his patients on their treatment progress. He worked closely with psychiatrists and their clients.
Sean also conducts psycho-education to clients and their family members on the psychopathology of mental illness and works closely with other clinicians to provide timely updates and interventions.

During his free time, he enjoys spending times with his love ones,, going for walks in nature, playing his nintendo switch, cycling, reading, and enjoying his daily dose of ice coffee at any nearby coffee shop.
He believes strongly that he can help his clients walk through the struggles of life and have a more fulfilling future.
